Sunday Morning.

Good Morning!
I used to wake up super duper early each and every Sunday. As in 3ish-4ish early. I blog fast in the morning. More so, I want to start my week by updating my blogging to dos and so quiet Sunday mornings are the best time to do just that. Looking for Good Things.

My mom would often give comments about me not having a “MASAMANG TINAPAY”, may it be on people or food. She thinks that I always look and see the good side of the person and all food tastes good for me. I do not know if that is true but may be it could also be a bad thing when I still see the good side of a person or event when in fact, these people tell me no lies. Hello Weekend!

I cannot wait for weekend!
I had a rough start this week and I want to end it by having a blast this weekend. I guess this crankiness and the heavy feeling were the effects of my lack of workout, not to mention that I have been skipping my p90x meals as well. This is actually a good sign because my body is starting to adapt a system and that I should be on the move all the time.

I have noticed too that for the past weeks, I have felt a lot lighter but to tell you honestly, I only lost 5 lbs since January argh! I need to lose at least 16 more lbs or if I could push it to 21 more lbs, I would be one happy girl :) .

I found a couple of quotes in twitter which I would like to post here. These quotes are certainly NOTES to SELF:

I should keep thinking that losing weight cannot be done overnight and that in order to achieve it, I have to change my lifestyle and be consistent with it.

I blogged too many entries tonight. Writing seems to be my therapy whenever there is something I could not say personally. I have a huge zit on my head (eeewww!) and the head ache is pinning and starting to be throbbing. So yes, I’ll blog again sometime and before I say my goodnight, here’s a little note for myself and to all of us, a little reminder we need in this chaotic world. WAKE UP!

Wowowee to a better 2010.
There may be hurdles and bumps and big rocks I have been meeting for the past weeks, but I won’t hit the downfall. I just won’t, that I promise! I will keep striving to be a better version of me.

For the longest time, I have been battling with my sleeping hours, nope I do not really oversleep because I end up sleeping late doing well err sometimes productive things such as online tasks. But, who wants to wake up late right? Especially when you are a Work-At-Home mom with so many house chores and online jobs waiting for you for the rest of the day. DH told me to sleep early for at least 6 weeks and so my body clock will be changed and I will start waking up early. True to his word, I sleep in when I can and for the past 2 days I have been waking up extremely early with 6:39 and 5:31 clock-in, consecutively. I am alert when I wake maybe because my body is used to the 6-7 hour sleep.

So yes, waking up early changes my mood, my perceptions, my decisions and my choices.
I hope to be more consistent for the next 5 weeks.

And yes, coming entry will be what I will sacrifice this Lenten Season. I have yet to make a commitment. Have a cheerful Thursday y’all!

life before iPhone.

I am not really in a good mood today. I even cried. Must be my hormones, that or I am so exhausted the past days and also the dieting and too much working out is getting into me. Tsk tsk. Too bad it had to happen on an Ash Wednesday, the start of the Lenten Season. We are supposed to have dinner out but I told my boys I am not in a good mood and that they go ahead, they did and I’m all alone. Just when I was thinking of getting entertainment from Facebook, my facebook has gone bonkers yikes! Maybe this is God’s way of telling me that my Lenten sacrifice should be less time online hmmm. Let’s see, but seriously, I have forgotten what life was before I had an iPhone. I am glad that dear hubby gave me an iPhone as his wedding anniversary slash Christmas gift. I am now very organized in terms of my online tasks and I do not get back logs with my emails and other social networking sites. The only problem I have now is how to stop myself from checking my iPhone more than 5 times an hour, oh yes, having this gadget can be very addictive. Speaking of, I need to check some iphone accessories particularly, a purple iphone case and a replacement for my old iphone dock station. Since the time I got this phone, I have not bought any accessories for it and after 2 months of usage, there are some scratches already and signs of wear. By having iPhone accessories, particularly an iPhone hard shell case, it will give some protection to my phone from scratches and normal wear off and tear.
