I cannot wait for weekend!
I had a rough start this week and I want to end it by having a blast this weekend. I guess this crankiness and the heavy feeling were the effects of my lack of workout, not to mention that I have been skipping my p90x meals as well. This is actually a good sign because my body is starting to adapt a system and that I should be on the move all the time.
I have noticed too that for the past weeks, I have felt a lot lighter but to tell you honestly, I only lost 5 lbs since January argh! I need to lose at least 16 more lbs or if I could push it to 21 more lbs, I would be one happy girl
.
I found a couple of quotes in twitter which I would like to post here. These quotes are certainly NOTES to SELF:

I should keep thinking that losing weight cannot be done overnight and that in order to achieve it, I have to change my lifestyle and be consistent with it.
