I have never been this consistent with my weight loss target. I am just getting more and more conscious with my calories intake. Although, I am this close at taking supplements for weight loss because I just see 5 lbs off the weighing scale when my target weight loss should be at least 15 lbs, I am not that gutsy (yet!) to take them even after recommendations from friends. Maybe when I ran out of time, I might be tempted. You see, all these upcoming reunions, weddings, vacations etc… etc… is pushing myself to work harder. Would you believe me if I tell you that after a hard day’s work yesterday, I still found time to do my 1-hour workout routine from 11pm-12 midnight? Crazy isn’t it? But I gotta fit in my MOH gown by hook or by crook.
