timeless beauty

May 31st, 2010

During our late night chit-chats in NYC, we of course talked about our nightly beauty routine. One of my friends is applying about 2-3 adult acne treatments because she is hormonal. This got me thinking that the proper diet is actually the best skin regimen. Take my mom as an example, her skin is still so luscious even if she’s already 60! That and of course, she tries to live a stress-free life.

Read before you Leap.

May 31st, 2010

I am not a huge medicine drinker, even vitamins, I tend to be very careful when taking them. I do not know why probably because I am paranoid with the things I put in my body. I know every single stuff we put in our body can have even the mildest side effects. So if you are thinking of taking weight loss pills as it has become a trend, make sure to read this top fat burners review before you leap.

a discovery.

May 31st, 2010

I discovered this eczema lotion that is so effective, I had to recommend it to my friend whose kids have eczema. Surprisingly, I find it useful as well. There are days my skin can be very dry and would have some sort of red bumps and rashes, I just had to use it overnight and when I wake up, voila. It is back to smooth and soft skin. I am happy to be able to discover such effective stuff online.

How about you? What are your current discoveries???

trim down to wear more.

May 31st, 2010

Speaking of saving up, I really do not need any more clothes at the moment because my closet is filled up already. DH and I have a shared closet so you can just imagine how small my space is, well, at least I occupy more than the husbo hee hee. But then again, what I am trying to say here is that I.DO.NOT.NEED.ANY.MORE.CLOTHES! What I need are effective diet pills or a natural and more effective ways of losing weight so I could wear all of my clothes. Yes, 3/4 of them, I do not wear anymore because I do not fit them. Yay! There goes my clothes hoarding.

self-imposed shopping ban.

May 31st, 2010

I am on another self-imposed shopping ban for at least 3-4 months. Even if I get my dream job, I will still focus on saving and on things that matter. Currently, we need to update our life insurance so I need to talk to our agent and get the most updated list of life insurance quotes. Apart from that, I need to buy my own car and have my own savings separate from our joint account. Every woman should have one right? I may buy 2 more purses (an LV and a Gucci, perhaps a mustard Longchamp Le Pliage) before the year ends but other than that I am geared up saving more :) .

the heat.

May 31st, 2010

It has been sooo hot today that I am itching to hit any above ground pools or any pool for that matter. This is the time that we should be hitting the beach but I guess, I have to wait for another long weekend and of course that is if my boss would allow me to take a leave from work. I have been off for almost a week now and I guess I better be not filing any vacation leaves in the near future.

MERCI.

May 29th, 2010

God has proven to me once again that he listens, he guides, he blesses. Never ever stop believing in him and keeping that faith. God is definitely Good and thank you Lord for this blessing once again. There may be hurdles along the way but I truly know you are preparing me for something awesome in the future.

MERCI.

What a Week that was!

May 29th, 2010

Hello Online Life.
Wow, I forgotten what it was like being online most of my day, chatting with my online friends and working with my online tasks. So you see, last Wednesday, I got this promising and very irresistible job offer from a huge company. Of course, I accepted it, but little did I know that the training would be so tedious and I would need to qualify on 3 brain-frying exams. Another thing, I had to start right away. Wow! I was really caught off guard and I have not been working fulltime for like 3 years already.

Nevertheless, I am thankful for this but I hope my newest employer won’t be too hard on me hee hee.
