Craving sinks in.

March 20th, 2014

I am not in my best mood this day, probably because I am on a diet and have been grueling myself in losing weight. Oh dear sweets, please stop luring me even in pictures, you are not helping in my weight loss goals. Maybe, just maybe, I could have a small bite, but then again, a small bite leads to a bigger and more irresistible craving. Just this once, just one cupcake to uplift my mood. Happy Thursday!

Choosing my Battles

March 15th, 2014

I used to be very opinionated and would voice out whatever is on my mind from discussing politics, religion to random online finds. Through the years, I have learned to lay low and be a little tamed knowing that I should not attend to every argument I am invited to nor should I always speak out what is on my mind. I guess I just got tired and more matured, thankfully, I am gearing toward this course because life has become so lighter.

Love Yourself.

March 14th, 2014

The greatest thing you’ll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return. ~ eden ahbez
and that includes YOURSELF.

TGIF! I am feeling under the weather and I know this one is going to take me down snuggled all up in the bed all weekend.
And for that, I guess it’s time to reward myself with a Trail Camera

Good Morning Monday!

February 24th, 2014

Wow, I feel so energized and inspired. I wish all of my Mondays are like this. Despite the long list of things to accomplish and work tasks to deliver this day for my boss, I do not mind spending an additional half hour at work today. Anyway, just dropping off this blog to spread the positive jujus to all of you before I hop on exciting sonar x3. I hope you all have a good one as well.

smiling moon

February 16th, 2014

One thing we missed about my homeland is the endless laughter despite endless problems.

Relatives ready to watch over your kids when you are dead tired to babysit them.

Cheerful friends verging on crazy friends while eating plates over plates of greasy dishes.

Warmth, love and simple Happiness…are just some of the few wonderful words to describe the the people of my motherland, in general.

We wish we saw this especially DS who loves counting the stars at night.
I heard that here the moon was frowning? Hahaha! Oh well, back to work for now and check this site: for Dogeared jewelry.(photo credit:

In the United States, the effect will be inverted and will appear as a frown.

David Widdowson, from astronomy calendar website Astrovisuals, said the heavens might be trying to send us a message to shrug off bad financial times and be happy.

“It is perhaps a reminder that things aren’t so bad and that we should try to follow the Python Commandment to ‘always look on the bright side of life’,” he said.

And perhaps it should tell Americans being frowned upon to have a long, hard look at themselves…

It will be another five years before the astral phenomenon appears again.

crucial minutes

January 17th, 2014

Hello everyone!

I am not supposed to be doing anything online today except to check on this conn 6d double french horn at musicians friend so I would be able to concentrate on my research paper but then I also have some online dues hee hee :) . I have some funny and sweet stories about DS and the snowy day we had last Monday but that would have to wait until I finish my research paper. Here’s wishing everyone a Happy Weekend and leaving you with this beautiful email message I got from a college friend and photos of my boys in the snow :) Cheers!

Some marriage counselors point to eight crucial minutes in every couple’s day, writes syndicated columnist Mike Mailway. What you do in the first four minutes after you wake up and in the first four minutes after you meet in the evening is all-important. So keep those eight minutes a day conflict-free, and greet one another with a kiss.

tough week!

January 8th, 2014

I had a tough week and thank God it’s over, or I thought so. The past few months has been stressing me out and my mood has been consistently cranky since the 1st day of the month. My balancing act has been challenged, work has been demanding. So now, I am ready to rest and forget all about my anxieties, worries and deadline. I hope tomorrow brings new beginning. Or maybe not, but finding these randall amps at Guitar Center would be such a treat to destress.
