As soon as August came, I took the ghost month by heart, why? Because I wasn’t really feeling good about this month. Homesickness started to kick in and this morning, the bouts were terrible I almost cried at work, good thing as I was distracted by this archery equipment. After a few heartwarming YouTube vids, almost an hour in the Gym after work, and this happy Shrek bubble photo, I am back to my old cheerful me

I am not in my best mood this day, probably because I am on a diet and have been grueling myself in researching about cell batteries as requested by DH. Oh dear sweets, please stop luring me even in pictures, you are not helping in my weight loss goals. Maybe, just maybe, I could have a small bite, but then again, a small bite leads to a bigger and more irresistible craving. Just this once, just one cupcake to uplift my mood. Happy Weekend!

Our very first car here was a 2nd hand car and so far we are loving it. Although, our plans to buy our 2nd car includes buying on brand new car, we never regret our decision to buy the 2nd hand car when we were just starting out here. However, if you are on a slim budget, a secondhand automobile might be the only option for you. Truly buying a second hard car is practical for people and young families who wants to have a car but has other financial priorities. Here are some of the reasons to make that choice a little easier.
A used car is definitely easier on the pocket. Since the costs of vehicles quickly depreciate over time regardless of how the condition of the car is, you can get a fairly used one for half the price of a brand new unit. It’s a good tradeoff especially if you know how to distinguish. When you have enough budget to buy a brand new car then you could decide to let go of the old 2nd hand car.
Second, with a used car, you don’t have to worry about breaking in. Most used vehicles for sale have been on the road for at least half a year. That’s enough time to find out how road worthy a car is.
Third, there are used cars from compro auto usate that are of the same condition as new ones. If you have a mechanic with you or are very confident with your skills and experience in looking at engines, you can land yourself a slightly used vehicle for a very low price. An oil change should not be a significant concern.

his 7th

It was when our little boy turned 3 that he started to beg for a huge birthday celebration at Chuck E Cheese’s. I do not really like spending his birthday there because of the noise and very crowded ambience it provides but 3 years after, he still longs for the day he would celebrate his birthday there with his friends and cousins.. I would rather that we rent a venue, hire a caterer and set up an arcade like booths than celebrating it there. However, with his upcoming 7th birthday next year, looks like we are giving in to his request. So as early as now, I have started with my budget plan and I would certainly avail of this birthday invitations free service. But, will you pray with me that he agrees to just have a laser tag party or perhaps a trip to Disneyworld as his 7th birthday celebration? Hee hee.

35: 2 years from now

Two years from now, I will turn 35. I hope by that time, I will be able to land in one of my dream jobs. Nope, nothing related with these Network Administrator Jobs but something more fulfilling and something I am passionate about. I still have 2 years to find out what that is and 2 more years to build experience and get trainings. I know it will happen and I will make it happen!

Yesterday, my boss asked me to attend a training and stay late at work for one condition, I can work from home today yay! Isn’t that a good deal? Honestly, I truly believe that the greatest make-up artists of our time are those who did not go to any beauty school nor had any proper training. It is all about pure talent and the right amount of skills, expertise and experience. But, who am I to say this. I just base it from my own set of make-up artist idols such as the late Kevyn Aucoin. However, these days, competition on the make-up and fashion industry can be really high and there are times that certain amount of credentials are being checked on the artists to gauge his or her depth of expertise.
